As the Indian team prepares for the upcoming tour of West Indies, former Indian captain MS Dhoni has excused himself from the tour and instead decided to spend time in the valley with the Indian Army. As we all know that MS Dhoni is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the paramilitary forces. The Indian wicket-keeper batsman is staying with his 106 TA Battalion (Para) and will perform duties assigned to him. Now, in a new picture surfaced online, Dhoni is seen relaxing in his quarters with his buddies. Needless to say that the snap had satisfaction written all over it. He posed for a snap with an officer. Prior to this, a picture surfaced online where he was seen signing a cricket bat as he is surrounded by army officers. The former Indian captain is deployed in South Kashmir and reportedly has also undertaken patrolling duties. So this yet another snap which has surfaced online has been going viral. The 38-year-old is a qualified paratrooper as he has completed five parachute training jumps. The former Indian captain will stay in the valley until August 15. Talking about his stint in cricket, it was widely speculated that MS Dhoni might hang his boots after CWC 2019. But so far there is no clarity on his retirement. In fact, MSK Prasad while addressing the press conference said that a legend like MS Dhoni knows when to retire and will hang his boots accordingly.
