After winning the second ODI in Nagpur by eight runs, the Men in Blue are here for the third match which will be held on March 8, 2019, in Ranchi. The hosts enter the ODI with 2-0 victory in the five-game series against Australia. Local boy MS Dhoni along with the team reached his home town for the match. Needless to say that the Dhoni received a rousing welcome in Ranchi and was welcomed warmly at the airport by the fans in Ranchi. The fans at Dhoni’s hometown went berserk as their hero takes a ride with Kedar Jadhav and Rishabh Pant in the luxurious vehicle. Dhoni has played three ODIs at the Jharkhand State Cricket Association Stadium in Ranchi, out of which India has won and lost one game each. The third match got washed away due to rains. The fans would surely be anticipating to watch their local boy in action tomorrow in Ranchi.

Talking about MS Dhoni he has had a mixed start to the five-match ODI series. In the first game Dhoni scored a half-century in Hyderabad and in the second game, he was dismissed for a duck. This was the first time in nine years that Dhoni was dismissed for a duck in the home series.
