Dhoni hasn’t got enough opportunities in the series against New Zealand. In the five games ODI series, Dhoni scored 49 runs in a couple of innings. In the second T20I, he remained not out on the score of 20 runs from 17 balls. He scored one boundary and supported Rishabh Pant who was batting at the other end. Pant and Dhoni stitched 44 runs for the side.
