The Indian team has already reached Vishakhapatnam for their first T20I game against Australia. The game is slated to take place on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Ahead of the first game, the Indian team hit the nets on Saturday morning. Special focus was on MS Dhoni, who was seen practising lofty shots ahead of the first game. The former Indian captain was in the eye of the storm for being out of form for quite a long time. But, Dhoni regained his form during the series against Australia. Dhoni scored three back-to-back fifties against Australian and even grabbed the Man of the Series award. However, he did not get enough chances to play in New Zealand. Talking about the first T20I, the Australians would look forward to revenge as the Indians won the T20I and ODI series Down Under. MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Umesh Yadav were spotted in the nets yesterday. Dhoni was seen practising a few lofty shots. KL Rahul, Jasprit Bumrah who were not selected for the ODIs in Australia, has joined the squad. Mumbai Indians’ Mayank Markande has also made way into the T20Is.
