It has almost been a fortnight that MS Dhoni has joined the army in Kashmir and the former Indian captain has had a busy time. Over the last few days, many snaps of the former Indian captain have cropped up online where he was seen playing volleyball, polishing his shoes and has been performing various other activities. Now, in the latest snap, MS Dhoni is seen posing for a picture with an army officer. Dhoni who holds the LT Colonel rank in the army was also seen practising at a shooting range in Kashmir. MS Dhoni was seen dressed in a combat uniform and posed for a snap in army uniform. The wicket-keeper batsman is currently posted in Khrew in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, along with members of his Territorial Army battalion. The 38-year-old is also undertaking battle training exercises along with the other officers in the valley. Check out the snaps below:

It is said that MS Dhoni will hoist the flag on Independence Day. While speaking to one of the media agencies a senior officer said, “Dhoni is a brand ambassador of the Indian Army. He has engaged in motivating members of his unit and has often been playing football and volleyball with the soldiers. He is also undertaking battle training exercises with the corps. He will remain in the valley till August 15.” However, the official did not reveal the exact location at which the former Indian captain will hoist the flag.
