Yesterday, Virat Kohli and men suffered an 18 run defeat against New Zealand at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground in England in the semi-final one of the CWC 2019. Despite scoring a fighting half-century, MS Dhoni was subjected to criticism for his slow innings. After the match, Kiwi skipper Kane Williamson was asked if he would have included MS Dhoni in the playing XI has he handled the reins of the Men in Blue. A journalist asked Kane if he would have included MS Dhoni in the playing XI has he been in place of Virat Kohli. The Kiwi skipper was stunned for a second and laughing said that he is not eligible to play for New Zealand.

The Black Caps will play the finals against the winners of the semi-final two on Sunday at the Lord’s Cricket Ground.
