MS Dhoni was yesterday during India vs Australia, 2nd ODI 2019 was chased by a fan as he breached the security to invade the pitch to meet his favourite star at the Vidarbha Cricket Association in Nagpur. The fan first walked to Virat Kohli who seemed quite unimpressed with the act and then met the former captain MS Dhoni who ran across the pitch. While the world relished the antics of the former Indian captain, the incident has not gone down too well with former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra. Raising a question on the security of the stadiums, the former Indian cricketer pointed out that these kind of incidents are happening too frequently. In a tweet, Chopra further went on to state that the security guards were not even chasing the fan. “Serious lapse in security. How was he not even chased by the guards??? Happening too often,” read the tweet.

Talking about the match, after winning the toss Australia elected to field first. The Indians lost three early wickets in the game. It was Virat Kohli who stood tall and scored his 40th century and is just 10 away from breaking Sachin Tendulkar’s record. The Indians scored 250 runs on the board. Vijay Shankar who scored 46 runs yesterday also came handy with the ball and snapped a couple of wickets. Virat Kohli walked away with the Man of the Match award for his innings.
