At this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL), MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, and Rohit Sharma will be looking to become the first Indian batsman to smash 200 sixes in the tournament’s history. The race between the three is a tight one with Dhoni leading at 186 sixes from 175 matches. Suresh Raina follows his Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain with 185 sixes from 176 matches. Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma has smashed 184 sixes thus far from 173 matches. As far as the overall list is concerned, Chris Gayle leads the pack with 292 sixes with 112 matches. Former South African cricketer, AB de Villiers is at second spot with 186 sixes from 141 matches. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli is also in top ten at sixth place with 178 sixes from 163 matches. The Australian duo of David Warner and Shane Watson are at seventh and eighth place. Yusuf Pathan and Kieron Pollard complete the top ten.
