The race between the three is a tight one with Dhoni leading at 186 sixes from 175 matches. Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma has smashed 184 sixes thus far from 173 matches. As far as the overall list is concerned, Chris Gayle leads the pack with 292 sixes with 112 matches. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli is also in top ten at sixth place with 178 sixes from 163 matches. The Australian duo of David Warner and Shane Watson are at seventh and eighth place. Yusuf Pathan and Kieron Pollard complete the top ten.

The IPL 2019 is scheduled to begin on March 23 in Chennai with defending champions Chennai Super Kings taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore.
