He has appealed the fans to not cross their limits as something like that will not be acceptable. He also asked the fans to refrain from actions that will belittle the country. “There will be excitement but it won't be acceptable if it crosses the limit or someone is targeted personally," Mashrafe told BDnews24.com. He also spoke about social media which is often a medium for trolling and becomes really hard to avoid. Mortaza also said that cricketers are also humans and these aspects affect the relations of the two countries.

"Both sides will want to win the game. Our supporters should definitely back us with all their heart but it shouldn't become dirty. We should keep in mind that we don't do anything to belittle our country,” he further said.  Talking about the match right now, India won the toss and has elected to bat first.
