The first Test match at the Saurashtra Cricket Association in Rajkot was won by innings and 272 runs. The second Test in Hyderabad was won by 10 wickets. The ODI series will begin shortly in Guwahati and both teams would want to put their best foot forward. West Indies would want to forget their Test match woes and would step into the shorter format of the game with a positive mindset.
It was last in 2002, that West Indies won a series against India. However, the Windies post that has suffered defeat in four series. Talking about the match today, all eyes would be set on Rishabh Pant, who could make his ODI debut today as he was included in the 12-member team announced by Virat Kohli yesterday.
