The International Cricket Council has declared the latest ranking for Tests. India’s Ravichandran Ashwin climbs on number seven of the ICC Test Cricket Rankings. He occupies the seventh spot with 777 points. Ravindra Jadeja is on number five with 812 points in his kitty. The Indian all-rounder continues to be on the number two spot with 400 points. Ashwin continues to remain on number six of the ICC all-rounder rankings with 341 points. Talking about the other teams, South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada has become the number one bowler after James Anderson after he missed one percent of points for missing the Colombo Test. Rabada has 882 points with James Anderson on number two with 874 points. Jonny Bairstow of England, Bangladesh's Mominul Haque and Yasir Shah of Pakistan have risen up on the ICC ranking charts as they led the team to impressive victories. Bairstow’s innings of 110 and 15 runs proved to be extremely vital for England’s victory against Sri Lanka. Haque’s play against the West Indies of 120 and 12 also helped Bangladesh defeat the opponent by 64 runs in Chittagong.

Yasir Shah, on the other hand, registered a magical number of snapping 14 wickets against New Zealand in Dubai. Talking about the batting charts, Australia’s Steve Smith continues to be on number two with 910 points followed by New Zealand’s Kane Williamson on number three with 876 points. Pakistan’s Azhar Ali breaks into the top 15 spots of the ICC rankings. He occupies the 12 position with 683 points.
