Left arm trickster Kuldeep Yadav, whose in-form performance with the wrist has yielded him a World Cup spot, had arguably his worst night in the career so far on Friday. The 16th over of the RCB vs KKR match turned into a game-changer, when Yadav conceded 27 runs to southpaw Moeen Ali. The RCB allrounder was finally dismissed on the 6th ball, but had already inflicted a lethal blow to KKR before departing. RCB vs KKR: Check Full Scorecard of IPL 2019 35th Match.
Yadav was smashed 4,6,4,6,6 by Ali -- taking the RCB score from 122/2 in 15 overs to 149/5 in 15.5. This was followed by a wide, and on the subsequent delivery, Ali was caught by long-off.
Following the dismal over, Yadav broke down, and was spotted crying on field. While he was briefly in tears, the spinner was somehow able to control his emotions and focus on the field.
Meanwhile, Ali's blistering knock of 66 out of just 27 balls positioned RCB to dominate the match. Virat Kohli went on to complete his century, and take the Bangalore total to 213.
