Kuldeep Yadav has added another feather to his cap by scalping his 100th wicket in One Day Internationals. The left-arm chinaman spinner achieved the feat by dismissing Alex Carey during the 2nd India vs Australia ODI match in Rajkot. Yadav went to the landmark in his 58th match which is the third-fastest by any Indian bowler in ODIs. The fastest being Mohammed Shami who claimed the feat in his 56th game while Jasprit Bumrah reached the feat in his 57th game. Interestingly, all three are playing in the ongoing match and will eye to guide the Men in Blue to victory. Making his ODI debut in June 2017, Yadav has taken giant strides and has become a vital cog in India’s limited-overs squad. With his ability to turn the bowl, the left-arm chinaman bowler has pierced the defences of many prominent batsmen and will eye to add many more wickets to his tally. In fact, he is the only bowler to take two hat-tricks in international cricket. With being just 25, Yadav has already proved his mettle in all the formats of the game and is looking all set to become the next big thing in Indian cricket. Earlier in the match, Aaron Finch won the toss and again invited India to bat first. The opening pair of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan gave their side a flying start in the do or die encounter.
