After the appointment of Ravi Shastri, Harsha Bhogle also reacted and said that he was not surprised with his reappointment. Bhogle took to social media and wrote, “In a world that is so unpredictable, there was but one certainty. No surprise that Ravi Shastri continues as coach of the Indian team. In this two year period, India doesn't only play two T20 World Cups, they also play 4 tests in Australia, 10 against England (5 home and 5 away) and a World Test Championship final if they make it there.” Ravi Shastri’s tenure will last up to November 2021.
