Jasprit Bumrah who had been away from cricket due to a back injury makes a comeback in the series against Sri Lanka. The pacer announced his arrival and how! By rattling the stumps. Ahead of the first T20I, the entire team gathered at the Barsapara Stadium for sweating it out in the nets. Needless to say, Bumrah who is a part of the team was also there at the stadium and was seen practising his Yorkers. The official account of the BCCI shared the pictures and videos of the same on their social media account. India vs Sri Lanka 1st T20I 2020: Shikhar Dhawan vs Lasith Malinga, Jasprit Bumrah vs Angelo Mathews & Other Exciting Mini Battles to Watch Out for in Guwahati.

The nets were conducted last evening and even in the morning today. The players were seen sweating it out in the nets. Talking about Bumrah particularly, he placed a shoe ahead of the stumps to mark the batsman’s foot. The pacer had been ruled out since the series of South Africa due to stress fracture.  This surely was quite a sight to watch. You can check out the pictures and the video of the same below:
