In 2008, Anderson left commentator Mark Nicholas and the rest of the world stunned by showing his class by producing late movement with the ball. He left the New Zealand batters speechless and ended the first innings with figures of 7/43.

Breaking Australia's resilience

In the 2013 Ashes, Anderson left Australia baffled with his class across both innings. He reduced Australia to 117/9 with a five-wicket haul. He ended the first innings with figures of 5-85. In the second innings, he helped England to a 14-run win with his figures of 5-73.

A summer to remember

In 2018, Anderson was still at his peak, despite turning 36. With overcast conditions and green on the pitch, Anderson was at his best and claimed figures of 5-20 and 4-23.  Surrey Wicketkeeper Jamie Smith, Pacer Gus Atkinson Set To Make England Test Debut Against West Indies.

Leaving India baffled in Kolkata

In 2012, during India's defeat against England, losing skipper MS Dhoni named Anderson as the difference between the two sides. With figures of 3-89 & 3-38, Anderson played a vital role in England's one of the biggest overseas triumphs. He dismissed Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli in the first innings. Anderson came back to haunt India in the second innings by dismissing MS Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh.
