Indian Pacer Irfan Pathan might not have been around the national team for quite some time now but it doesn't restrict the cricketer from spreading happiness off-field. The left-arm seamer posted a picture on Twitter where he  was seen donating food to the needy with his father. Along with the picture, Pathan wrote a heart heart-touching caption where he lavished praises on his father who used to donate even when he was earning Rs 3500 per month. The pacer also thanked his father for teaching him the art of giving. ‘Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Team to Hold Camp in Baroda’, Says Irfan Pathan.

"Giving is a way of life.Those words has been given inherent to me by my father ever since when he use to earn 3500 rupees a month aftr wrking 14 hours a day.Even thn Abba used to always do d charity in his little way even now it goes on.Blessed to have a father like him :)" wrote the pacer with the picture. Even on previous occasions, the junior Pathan had expressed how his father worked and supported both him and his elder brother Yusuf to accomplish their dream and represent India.

The left-arm quick is currently the coach cum mentor of the Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Team who is going to take part in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy. Pathan who was once the mainstay of the Indian bowling line-up had a decent international career but injuries restricted the pacer from attaining greatness. The speedster featured in 29 Tests, 120 ODIs and 24 T20Is in which he scalped 100, 173 and 28 wickets respectively. Along with the ball, Pathan has also showcased his ability with the bat and is even having a Test century to his name.
