Team Mumbai Indians looked pepped up for their game against the Chennai Super Kings later this evening. Over the last few days, the team has sweated it out in the nets and looked fully prepared for the tough season ahead. Even the morale of the team has gone up with the kind of preparations they have had.

We got the glimpse of how charged Mumbai Indians is when we watched Hardik Pandya’s Instagram story. We saw Hardik’s brother Krunal Pandya dancing to the tunes of Khalibali from Padmaavat. Krunal was seen replicating Ranveer’s signature steps from the song. Hardik recorded the video of the same and shared the same on Insta stories. He captioned the video, “@krunalpandya_official Pre-match ritual inspired by you bro @ranveersingh.”

Three-time champions Mumbai Indians will be led by Rohit Sharma. On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings will be captained by MS Dhoni. Both the teams have locked horns previously on 23 occasions out of which MI won 13 times while CSK won 10 matches. So what one can expect is a nerve-wracking contest between both the teams. Mumbai Indians could be the favourite considering the fact that the team has walked away with the champion’s title thrice. Also because MI has dominated Dhoni’s men on the last three occasions when they have come face-to-face. Even as a team Mumbai Indians will be looking forward to continuing their momentum the last in 2017, on the other, the Yellow Army will look to put their best in the IPL opener.
