1. Jos Buttler

The England wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler who led the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2024 was not retained by the franchise ahead of the 18th season of the cash-rich tournament.

2. Arshdeep Singh

5. Rishabh Pant

The India wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant was released by Delhi Capitals after playing eight seasons with the team since 2016.
