IPL 2022 Mega Auction Day 1 Round-up: Ishan Kishan, Deepak Chahar, Avesh Khan Among Big Buys

So, that brings us to the end of IPL 2022 mega auction day one! Ishan Kishan walks out as the most expensive player from auctions today with Mumbai Indians buying him back for INR 15.25 crore. Deepak Chahar was second expensive with INR 14 crore by CSK while Avesh Khan became the most expensive uncapped player ever as he landed a contract of INR 10 crore from Lucknow Super Giants. That was all from today, do join us back tomorrow for the remaining action. The auction will start at 12:00 PM.

Shreyas Gopal and Jagadeesha Suchith go to SunRisers Hyderabad for INR 75 lakh and 20 lakh respectively. R Sai Kishore goes to Gujarat Titans for INR 3 crore. And last player of the day to go under the hammer- Sandeep Lamichhane- goes unsold!

Tushar Deshpande sold to CSK at base price of INR 20 Lakhs while Ankit Rajpoot goes to Lucknow Super Giants for INR 50 lakh. 17-year-old Noor Ahmad goes to Gujarat Titans for INR 30 lakh. Meanwhile, Murugan Ashwin goes to Mumbai Indians for INR 1.60 crore.

Avesh Khan goes to Lucknow Super Giants for INR 10 crore. And Ishan Porel goes to Punjab Kings for INR 25 lakh. Khan becomes the most expensive uncapped player till date.
