Delhi Capitals qualified for their first-ever Indian Premier League (IPL) final after defeating Sunriers Hyderabad in the second Qualifier of Dream11 IPL 2020. However, Shreyas Iyer’s men can’t afford to celebrate yet as they have to beat defending Mumbai Indians in the summit clash to clinch the summit clash which takes place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on November 10 (Sunday). Although they were clinical against David Warner’s Orange Army in the high-voltage game, Mumbai Indians defeated them thrice this season and will be backing themselves to register yet another triumph. In total, DC had eight wins six defeats in 14 group stage games. However, they never really looked in the Qualifier 1 against Mumbai Indians where they suffered a 57-run loss. Nevertheless, they made a thumping comeback in Qualifier 2 against SRH and earned a place in their maiden finals.

Veteran Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan has been the most successful batsman for Delhi Capitals this season, scoring 603 runs in 16 games. He can also win the prestigious Orange Cap by scoring 68 runs in the summit clash to go past Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) captain’s tally of 670 runs in the season. At the same time, South African Kagiso Rabada has a great chance to win the purple cap title. He’s currently leading the wicket-taking charts with 29 wickets which are two more than second-placed Jasprit Bumrah.
