After having a mediocre stint at the IPL 2018, Rajasthan Royals had decided to sell off Jaydev Unadkat and was up for sale. Talking about the Saurashtra pacer, Unadkat had a base price of Rs. 1.5 crore. Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Capitals getting in a bidding war and then Chennai Super Kings joined in. At one point in time, there was a tussle between Rajasthan and Kings XI Punjab. Finally, RR had the last laugh as they bagged Unadkat for Rs. 8.40 crore. India’s Mohammad Shami was claimed the best test spell of 6/56 had a base price of Rs 1 crore. However, he was sold to Kings XI Punjab for Rs 4.8 crore. There were not many bids for Ishant Sharma and his base price was Rs 75 lakh. Only Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan were the ones who bid for the pacer. But at the end, Delhi Capitals had the last laugh.
