Talking about Mumbai Indian’s stint so far in the IPL 2018, the team has had quite a disappointing season. MI has only won one match out 6 and they are in the 7th position of the IPL 2018 points table. On 4 April, Mumbai Indians could not defend a total of 118 runs and got all out on 87. Hardik Pandya faced the maximum heat from the Twitterati after he made only 3 runs off 19 balls. The Internet users also trolled him mercilessly for getting the Nayi Soch Award. Even coach Mahela Jayawardena slammed the team for their performance. “Every year you can't bat the same way, if people don't evolve and improve, there is no progress. Young guys like Hardik will learn that and need to work harder, the talent alone will not get you,” he said while addressing the press.
