Inzamam Ul Haq Slams Misbah Ul Haq For Making Babar Azam the Captain After Pakistan’s 0-2 Loss Against Australia in T20Is

First, it was the former Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar, who blasted at the team for their performance and now, Pakistan’s former selector Inzamam Ul Haq also joined the bandwagon but went on to lash out at the Pakistani coach Misbah Ul Haq handing over T20I captaincy to Babar Azam. Inzi is shell shocked with the decision of change in captaincy and he spoke elaborately about the same during an interview. “Giving the captaincy to Babar Azam, who is a completely new captain, I don’t think in Pakistan’s history that a team has gone to Australia with a new captain and team,” Inzamam said as quoted by Pak Passion. Pakistan might have lost the series by 0-2, but Babar Azam made 115 runs with an average of 57.50.

Azhar Ali will be leading the Test series for the team which begins from November 21, 2019, against Australia at The Gabba in Brisbane. Naseem Shah, Muhammad Musa, Shaheen Afridi are the new players picked for the side. Earlier it was Shoaib Akhtar who had lashed out at the team and said that he was at the loss of words with the kind of performance put up by the Men in Green.
