Indian Team Performs the Lap of Honour to Thank Fans After Beating Bangladesh by an Inning and 46 Runs (Watch Video)

The Indian cricket team registered history with a win 2-0 win against Bangladesh in the day and night match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The historic day and night test match proved to be quite a hit as the players from both sides witnessed a full house and the excitement was sky-high.

The Indian cricket team registered history with a win 2-0 win against Bangladesh in the day and night match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The historic day and night test match proved to be quite a hit as the players from both sides witnessed a full house and the excitement was sky-high. After Indians won the game by an inning and 46 runs, Virat Kohli and men took a lap of honour for thanking the fans for their constant support. The Indian team went on to break a plethora of records as they defeated the Bangladeshi players in less than two and a half days. It was Umesh Yadav who took a fifer in the second innings whereas Ishant Sharma got four as they had a  put up a target of 241 runs on the board for the team. The Bangladeshi team got bundled out on the score of 192 runs. After the match, Virat Kohli said, "The idea is to establish yourself in the middle. Test cricket is a mental battle, we all know that. I mean in the past nobody was trying to injure or hurt the batsman. It was all about getting into their heads and getting them out which used to happen, but now we have learnt to stand up and give it back. It all started with Dada's team and we are just carrying it forward."
