Later, Indian bowlers restricted England PD to 114/9 to clinch the title. India qualified for final of Physical Disability World Series 2019 after topping the points table in the round-robin stage. England and Afghanistan played in the semi-final in which England won. Hence, they booked the place in the final of Physical Disability World Series 2019 as the other finalists. In India vs England final, Ravindra Sante hit a half-century in the first innings off 34 balls. Opener Kunal Phanase hit 36 runs. Suganesh Mahendaran innings of 33 runs in the end helped India PD to reach 180/7 in 50 overs. England bowler Liam O'Brien took 2 wickets while Ben Tyler, Callum Flynn and Fred Bridges registered 1 wicket each.
From England, opener Angus Brown scored 44 but his innings could not take England to victory. Callum Flynn as the second-highest scorer from English team with 28 runs. There were three run-outs during the England batting. Indian bowlers Sunny Goyat and Kunal Phanase took two wickets each. Narendra Mangore and Anish Rajan registered one wicket each.
Physical Disability World Series 2019 is being held in England and the cricket tournament is an initiative of England and Wales cricket board. Six teams participated in the tournament which are India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, England, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe.
