Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar took to Twitter to wish the Indian Naval Forces on Navy Day 2019. The master blaster shared a heart-warming message for Navy personnel and their families. The Indian legendary batsman also thanked the Indian Navy for their dedication and service to the nation.

Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar took to Twitter to wish the Indian Naval Forces on Indian Navy Day 2019. The master blaster shared a heart-warming post on Twitter to wish Navy personnel and their families. The Indian legendary batsman also thanked the Indian Navy for their dedication and service to the nation. Sachin Tendulkar’s tweet came into the attention of cricket fans in no time and there were over 2500 likes over the post after just 15 minutes of sharing it. Sachin Tendulkar is quite active on social media. On Tuesday (December 3), he wished Indian woman cricket skipper Mithali Raj on her birthday. Sachin shared an old photo of himself with the legendary Indian woman cricketer Mithali Raj to wish her. He also wished her best of luck for future cricket tournaments.

Sachin Tendulkar retired from all forms of cricket in November 2013 after setting a series of records in the sport. With over 33 thousand international runs in cricket, he is considered as one of the greatest batsmen to ever play for India. Indian Navy celebrates Indian Navy Day on December 4 every year to mark Operation Trident, when the Indian Naval personnel sank four Pakistani vessels during India-Pakistan War in 1971.
