Yesterday, Sharma was spotted at the outdoor nets and looked determined to do well in the Asia Cup 2018. The right-hander was seen practising a variety of shots and shared a short clip of the same on social media. What caught out attention was the caption which read, “Kit up, pick your bat and focus on the next mission. #AsiaCup 🇮🇳.”
Not just this, he even asked Manish Pandey to stay hydrated for the heat in Dubai while wishing him on his birthday. He shared a picture of himself, Manish Pandey and a few others having a gala time together and captioned it, “Happy birthday @manishpandeyinsta hope you’re staying hydrated to prepare for Dubai heat 😏. See you soon.”

Asia Cup 2018 will witness the participation of six countries including India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan. India will play their first match against Hong Kong on September 18, 2018, and will play against Pakistan on the following day.
