That's It! Massive victory for West Indies. The hosts clinch the T20I series by a margin of 3-2 as they win the 5th and final T20I by a margin of eight wickets. Brandon King, Nicholas Pooran and Shai Hope make sure they get over the line. First T20I series victory against India since 2017 for West Indies. 

Brandon King takes West Indies almost to the finishing line and at the doorstep of a famous series victory with consecutive sixes. Yuzvendra Chahal had a very poor game, ends spell with 51 runs conceded in 4 overs without any wicket. 

Out! Tilak Varma strikes right after the rain break. Hardik Pandya opts for a non-regular bowling option and he delivers straightaway. Still West Indies are way ahead in the game. 

Brandon King slots Yuzvendra Chahal out of the stadium and completes his half-century. West Indies has been dominant throughout the chase and that reflects in King's performance. Immediately after that, lightning and a slight drizzle stops play. 

Indian bowlers have looked completely ineffective against the duo of Nicholas Pooran and Brandon King. After a solid powerplay they have now found some occasional boundaries to stitch a steady partnership. West Indies are ahead in the game now.

Mukesh Kumar finds a boundary in the last ball of the innings and India scrapt through to a fighting total. Bowlers have to step up to defend this total on a decent wicket of Lauderhill. 

And the heavens have opened up once again! The downpour has gotten heavier with players walking off the field. India have managed to get some sort of momentum in this over and would eye maximum runs from these remaining overs.

The good news from the centre is that the rain has stopped with groundsmen out in the middle. The sky is also clear now and it is not much time before play resumes again. 

And just when the action was getting intense, rain has played spoilsport. The umpires have called on the groundsmen to cover the playing area with the proceedings being brought to a halt. 

Suryakumar Yadav continues to impress with another half-century in the format for India. Under pressure, he has played some good shots and held one end strong as wickets fell at the other end. He would now look to continue and hit some more big shots to get India a fighting score. 

India would want one of these batters to up the ante at this point in time but one cannot blame Hardik Pandya or Suryakumar Yadav with the side not having any more batting apart from Axar Patel. It is a cautious period of play in the match with India eyeing a fighting total. 

West Indies could have gotten a second wicket after drinks with Romario Shepherd striking Suryakumar Yadav on his pads. Although the replay showed the ball was partially flicking leg-stump, the on-field umpire's call, which was not out. 

OUT! Romario Shepherd has dismissed Sanju Samson just when the latter was looking good after having played some shots. India have lost four wickets now with Suryakumar Yadav slowly running out of partners. Coming to the dismissal, Samson wanted to guide it towards the third man region. West Indies have managed to take three wickets but India have scored at a pretty good rate here. The key for India will be Suryakumar Yadav and they would want him to stay in the middle as longer as possible for them to get a strong total in this decider. West Indies would be happy with the way spinners Akeal Hosein (2/21) and Roston Chase (1/15) have bowled so far.
