Talking about the match, West Indies won the toss and elected to bat and made 295 runs. As of now, it Devendra Bishoo and Roston Chase are batting for West Indies. Jason Holder made 52 runs off 92 balls hitting sixes fours. Chase is batting on 98 runs and Bishoo is currently on 2. Umesh Yadav snapped three wickets. Kuldeep Yadav who got a fifer in the last match in Rajkot too snapped three wickets. Ravichandran Ashwin took one wicket. Shardul Thakur made his debut today, could only play for 10 balls and made way to the pavilion due to an injury. The Mumbai pacer suffered from a groin strain.
