India Win By 70 Runs | IND vs NZ Highlights of ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Semifinal: Mohammed Shami's Seven-Wicket Haul Powers India to CWC Final in Ahmedabad

Out! That's the end of New Zealand and Mohammed Shami is on a roll here. He has taken a seven wicket haul here and have dismantled New Zealand on his own. A clinical performance from India. A little slip up during the fielding and things got a little tense at a point but Shami came back to close things up. India enter the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 final with this win and are one step away from the title victory. 

Out! That's the end of hopes for New Zealand. Daryl Mitchell holes out at the deep and he was the last recognised batter in the New Zealand lineup. Fantastic tournament for him, but it was not to be. India are pumped and so is Mohammed Shami who has again scalped a fifer here.

They lost momentum after Kane Williamson's wicket and that small phase has meant India can pile up the run pressure on them and keep chipping on wickets. 99 runs needed in the last 6 overs now and it really looks far with some reputed death bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah around. 

Out! Finally Jasprit Bumrah gets an wicket and it was of the big man Glenn Phillips. Phillips was looking dangerous and he mistimes one straight to the hands of the long off. India will be a bit relieved as they look to close out the game. Things look really difficult for New Zealand from here.

Tom Latham tried to work Shami on the onside and missed it completely getting trapped in front of the wicket. India sniffing a victory from here. 

Out! Daryl Mitchell completes his century and also India gets their breakthrough. Mohammed Shami provides his breakthrough and gets the big fish of Kane Williamson. Kane tries to go big on the legside but fails to clear the boundary. 

New Zealand have made a steady recovery now. They have survived the spin overs, enjoyed some luck and frustrated the Indian fielders. Both batters are set now. Although the asking rate is still very high and creating pressure on the New Zealand batters, they will keep chipping on like they did till now. 

New Zealand has found some luck after the first two wickets and they have been able to make a small recovery. Some streaky boundaries and some authoritative shots, Daryl Mitchell has been the first one to get some control back and he has completed his half-century now. Long way to go for New Zealand but they will not get ahead of themselves. 

After the early blows suffered by New Zealand, they now try to weather the situation a bit and also keep the scoring rate ticking with the asking rate rising at a tremendous pace. India hasn't been the best with the ball, being a little wayward at times but they did just good enough to strike early. 

Out! Mohammed Shami strikes again. Another case where Ravindra tries to guide Shami for a single deep inside the crease but the ball has enough movement for him to nick one in the hands of KL Rahul. New Zealand are now sinking deep into trouble. 

Out! India with the first blow. The asking rate was always playing a factor and Conway ends up playing a loose drive to Mohammed Shami on the first ball edging one behind. KL Rahul takes a stunning drive and New Zealand suffer a body blow.

HUNDRED for Shreyas Iyer! The right-hander has scored his second consecutive hundred in World Cup this year and it has been a great knock. He will now look to tee off and take the total close to 400.

CENTURY! Virat Kohli has struck a record 50th century in ODI cricket and a classy gesture from him to bow down in front of the Master Blaster, who is applauding from the stands! What an innings, what a player! 

Shreyas Iyer launches Tim Southee into the stands and India now near 250 run mark with almost 15 overs to spare. Both batters have looked untroubled in front of the Kiwi bowlers till now and would look for a strong finish to take the game totally out of the reach of New Zealand. 

FIFTY for Virat Kohli! The star batter has continued his fine form here and it will be crucial for the team that he stays in the middle for as long as possible. He can be the anchor around which this first innings takes off.  It is Kohli's 72nd fifty in ODIs. 

Shubman Gill is down with cramps and has retired hurt here. He is in pain and is walking off the field with Shreyas Iyer coming out. Fans would hope it is not something serious.
