Unfortunately, rain has had a final say in the contest. Though the drizzle has stopped, the time left is not enough is sneak in a contest. Hence, the match has been called off. With rain playing spoilsport, Jasprit Bumrah-led India have clinched the series 2-0.
The rain has stopped and covers are being removed. The cut-off time for a 5-over game is 11:17 PM IST. The umpires will be out for another inspection shortly. Let's hope we get a game. Fingers crossed!

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of India vs Ireland 3rd T20I at The Village in Dublin. Stay tuned for Toss Updates.
India will lock horns with Ireland in the final game of the three-match T20I series on Wednesday, August 23 at The Village in Dublin. The Men in Blue were sensational in the previous two matches and proved to be a superior side. In their last outing, while the likes of Ruturaj Gaikwad, Sanju Samson and Rinku Singh showed their might with the bat, the bowling unit was at their best. As a result, India comfortably won the game by 33 runs to take an unassailable 2-0 series lead. They would look to put yet another complete performance in the upcoming clash and clean sweep the hosts. With the T20I series in the bag, Jasprit Bumrah & Co. could be inclined towards experimenting with their team combination and thus, give some fringe players a go. Moroever, the players who have been warming the bench in the series so far will feature at the Asian Games 2023. Hence, the think tank could look to give the likes of Jitesh Sharma, Shahbaz Ahmed and Avesh Khan some game time in the dead rubber.
Ireland on the other hand, would be disappointed with their showing in the series. Though the bowlers have done a decent job to control the explosive Indian batting line-up to some extent, the batting department have been quite mediocre. Paul Stirling & Co. would look to bring their A-game into play in the third T20I and end the series on a high.
