The Indian cricket team is currently touring England and it is quite a well-known fact that the players enjoy a huge fan base. Ahead of the third ODI with Headingley, a couple of days ago, a few fans gathered outside the team hotel to get the glimpse of their favourite players. A lady approached MS Dhoni for an autograph. The former captain refused  gesturing a no with his hand and walked away into the bus.

The lady patiently waited for the Indian cricket captain to step out of the hotel. The moment she saw Virat, she approached him. The right-hander who was busy doing something on his phone, immediately obliged her with an autograph. The official handle of the BCCI, shared the video with the caption, “Here we go for the ODI series decider match.#TeamIndia #ENGvIND.” Check out the video below.

India suffered a defeat by 2-1 against England in the third match. India got out on the total of 256 runs. None of the batsmen apart from Virat Kohli could touch 50 plus mark. Suresh Raina got on a paltry score of 1 off 4 balls. Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly suggested that the selectors need to look beyond Raina. During the post-match show with the broadcaster Ganguly said, “With all due respect, I think there are better players around. He has played for a long period of time. He has got runs in ODIs, not many overseas, but India needs to look ahead."

MS Dhoni who made 42 runs off 66 balls, was also spoken about by Ganguly. He said, “If Dhoni has got to play, then he has got to get in a position where he keeps hitting. If it is 24-25 overs and he has got to build an innings, he is struggling at the moment. He may turn it around as he has been a great player for India but at the present, he is not turning it around enough and this has been going on for more than a year. India are too top heavy at the moment. If your top-order doesn't get runs, then you are struggling. It is a big issue. You have to have quality like England have.”
