In response, India got off to a steady start with KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma stitching a 34-run stand. But Stuart Broad got the breakthrough for England by dismissing the in-form Rahul for 26 runs. Cheteshwar Pujara then joined Sharma at the crease and struck a couple of boundaries as play ended on the fourth day. India still need 157 runs to win and take a 1-0 lead in the five-match series.
