Mahmudullah
Mahmudullah is a great batsman and also a good part-time bowler. He had injury issue earlier this year when Bangladesh had toured New Zealand. The shoulder injury kept him away from bowling for a long time, however, he worked well on his fitness and started bowling again. While playing for Dhaka Metropolis in the National Cricket League (NCL) recently he bowled 39 overs across two innings and bagged six wickets. He also scored 63 runs against Chittagong Division in that league match. Mahmudullah has played 80 T20Is and scored 1376 runs with strike rate of 121.88, which also included four half-centuries. A lot can be expected from this talented player where his leadership quality will also be tested as he will lead the side.
Mushfiqur Rahim
Mushfiqur Rahim can't be written off by any opposition side. He has the ability to take away the game from the opponent by his unique batting style. The wicket-keeper batsman being the seniormost player will be responsible to keep the morale high of his team in absence of Shakib Al Hasan. Shakib Al Hasan might not have good T20 stats against India but in ODIs, he has scored a century and three half-centuries against India. Overall in his T20I career, the right-handed batsman has scored 19 half-centuries and has made 3429 runs from 173 T20s.
Mustafizur Rahman
Mustafizur Rahman is very familiar with Indian condition and also knows well about Indian players like Rohit Sharma and Krunal Pandya. The left-arm pacer has played in Indian Premier League for teams like Mumbai Indians where he has had net-session with Rohit Sharma who will lead India in the upcoming series. He has played 34 T20Is and bagged 52 wickets with best figures of 5/22 against New Zealand. He can indeed give tough time to Indian batsman and Bangladesh will count on his performance if they want to win against a competitive side like India.
India will be playing T20I series without Virat Kohli, as he is being rested for the upcoming T20I series. India had 1-1 series draw against South Africa in their last T20I series. India is currently on number 4 in T20Is as per latest ranking, they will indeed look forward to moving up the point table by defeating Bangladesh in the upcoming series.
