A comprehensive performance from India sees them down Bangladesh by 60 runs in the warm-up match at ICC T20 World Cup 2024. There were a lot of positive signs for India, with Rishabh Pant scoring runs and at a good pace, while Hardik Pandya also smashed a few out of the park. The bowlers then had a good time out in the middle, with Arshdeep Singh and Shivam Dube taking two wickets each. India beat Bangladesh by 60 runs in what was a comprehensive performance. Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya were excellent with the bat and the bowlers took wickets at regular intervals to stifle the run chase for Bangladesh.

Mahmudullah and Shakib Al Hasan, two of Bangladesh's most experienced cricketers are out in the middle and they are looking to resurrect this chase, which has been left in tatters with a flurry of wickets going down. This game might just have gone out of Bangladesh's grasp but as long as they are out there, this could become interesting.

India's innings has come to an end and they have posted 182/5 in 20 overs. India got off to a cautious start but Rishabh Pant's onslaught provided the innings with some impetus. Suryakumar Yadav struck 31 runs off 18 runs and Hardik Pandya's 40* off 23 balls gave India a strong finish.
