India beat Bangladesh by eight wickets and seal the series 2-0! What a performance it has been! The IND vs BAN 2nd Test 2024 looked dead and headed towards a draw but it was India's aggressive batting approach which brought life into this match and they deservedly find themselves on the winning side. This win will give a lot of confidence to the India national cricket team ahead of their home Test series against New Zealand. Yashasvi Jaiswal was superb once again and he departed after his fifty but the experienced Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant ensured India had no more hiccups after losing Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill early on. This win is going to be talked about for a long time to come as it has come from a position where a draw looked the most likely outcome. OUT! Yashasvi Jaiswal has departed in a bid to finish off the game but what a knock it has been. India on the cusp of victory, with three runs remaining!

India are not very far away from a win here, with just 31 runs required. Virat Kohli has joined forces with Yashasvi Jaiswal and both these players so far have rotated strike as well as hit the boundaries. Bangladesh need a dramatic turnaround, which looks very improbable at the moment. A first-class performance from India as they edge closer to a 2-0 series sweep.

The post-lunch session resumes! Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal are out in the middle and they have begun the run chase for the India national cricket team. Going by India's batting template in the first innings, this target is not too daunting and might not take a long time to be chased down. Rohit Sharma has come down the track to a delivery and made his intentions pretty clear!

OUT! Jasprit Bumrah has produced his magic once again as he castles Mushfiqur Rahim! The veteran batter went for an expansive shot on the last ball before lunch and lost his stumps. India now need 95 runs to win the Test series 2-0.  Mushfiqur Rahim b Jasprit Bumrah 37(63)

OUT! What is happening here! The Bangladesh national cricket team is falling apart like a house of cards and Shakib Al Hasan is the latest man to be dismissed, with Ravindra Jadeja once again striking.
