The start for the Bangladesh batting was not positive as Akash Deep shined once again and his bowling led to the dismissal of the Bangladesh openers early. From 39/2, Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto and Mominul Haque carried the innings of the visitors with a partnership.
