India will aim to extend their home supremacy when they face Bangladesh in the first of a two-match Test series. Virat Kohli’s India are World No 1 and are unbeaten at home since 2012, overseeing 26 Test matches – 20 of which have resulted in wins. They are fresh from their 3-0 rout of South Africa, which consolidated their top spot in the ICC World Test Championships. Bangladesh, on the other, come with too many inner conflicts. They are without their two most experienced players in Shakib Al Hasan and Tamim Iqbal and only agreed to the tour because their cricket board agreed to meet most of the demands to stop the player’s strike. Bangladesh are also 0-7 behind on head-to-head records and have never beaten India in Test matches. India vs Bangladesh 1st Test 2019: Virat Kohli, Mushfiqur Rahim, Ajinkya Rahane & Other Key Players to Watch Out For in Indore.
