Talking about the match, the downpour started in the 19th over when Jasprit Bumrah was bowling. The Aussies were on the score of 132/7 at that time. Despite the heavy rainfall, the umpire did not stop the game. This infuriated Indian skipper Virat Kohli got into an argument with the on-field umpire. Even cricketing experts agreed with Virat Kohli's stance as the wetter the pitch got, the more difficult it would have been for the Indians to bat in the second innings. But ultimate the match was called off and the hosts still lead the series by 1-0.
