India win by 11 runs! That's it! A comprehensive win for India. The visitors take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series. Ravindra Jadeja stole the show with his cameo earlier, then his concussion substitute Yuzvendra Chahal and T Natarajan dominated the proceedings as India go one up in the series.

04 Dec, 17:20 (IST)

Deepak Chahar struck at the right time and trapped Moises Henriques in front of the wicket. Australia need 35 more runs to win from two more overs and they have four wickets in hand.

04 Dec, 17:12 (IST)

OUT! Yuzvendra Chahal ends the spell with a wicket, his third. Mathew Wade is caught in the deep by Virat Kohli. India in control of things at the moment. Meanwhile, three overs to go now and Australia need 40 off 18 balls. M Wade c Kohli b Chahal 7(9)

04 Dec, 17:04 (IST)

OUT! That man T Natarajan strikes once again. Big blow this to Australia, D'Arcy Short was expected to play the sheet anchor role but he perishes too early for Australia's liking. Hardik Pandya takes the catch at long-on. D Short c Hardik Pandya b T Natarajan 34(38)

04 Dec, 16:50 (IST)

So the equation for Australia now reads 67 more runs to win off 42 balls. D'Arcy Short is batting on 31 and holds key for Australia. Moises Henriques has joined him in the middle.

04 Dec, 16:41 (IST)

OUT! Good use of DRS this by India. Virat Kohli was quick to take the DRS and in fact didn't consult with wicketkeeper or bowler at first. Kohli got it right and umpire got it wrong, three reds it is and Glenn Maxwell has to go back. T Natarajan with a prized wicket! G Maxwell lbw b T Natarajan 2(3)

04 Dec, 16:33 (IST)

OUT! Another wicket in Yuzvendra Chahal's kitty! Good catch in the deep by Sanju Samson. Chahal has dented Australia here as Steve Smith's stay doesn't last long. S Smith c Samson b Chahal 12(9)

04 Dec, 16:26 (IST)

OUT! Australia lose their first wicket and guess what, it is Yuzvendra Chahal who has taken the wicket. Chahal is bowling as a concussion substitute and he picks the wicket. Finch c Hardik Pandya b Chahal 35(26)

04 Dec, 16:16 (IST)

Excellent result in the powerplay for Australia. Aaron Finch and D'Arcy Short have put on a fifty-run stand and are going strong. India desperately need a wicket here.

04 Dec, 16:02 (IST)

Australian openers dealing in boundaries. This is turning out to be a good start for the home side. Aaron Finch is batting on 10 while D'Arcy Short is on 14. Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal has replaced Ravindra Jadeja as concussion substitute.

04 Dec, 15:51 (IST)

Good start this to Australia's chase. Captain Aaron Finch scored two boundaries while D'Arcy Short picked one boundary in this over. Not that start Deepak Chahar was looking for.

04 Dec, 15:26 (IST)

Wonderful knock this by Ravindra Jadeja. He has taken India to a decent total. The left-handed batsman scored 43 unbeaten off just 23 balls. He smashed five fours and a six. Do join us back for Australia's response.

04 Dec, 15:10 (IST)

OUT! Hardik Pandya departs. This will dent India. He was looking to free his arms and hit few boundaries as well. But perishes while going for a big shot, he is caught at long-on. H Pandya c Smith b Henriques 16(15)

04 Dec, 14:58 (IST)

Four overs remaining now and India will once again look forward to Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja's partnership to bail them out of the trouble. But the duo have only few overs at their disposal to go for the final onslaught.

04 Dec, 14:50 (IST)

OUT! India have lost half the side now! KL Rahul, who was well-set, departs as well. He is caught at long-on. Good catch there by Sean Abbott. Rahul ideally should have stayed their till the end for India, but he perishes while going for a big shot. KL Rahul c Abbott b Henriques 51(40)

04 Dec, 14:42 (IST)

Adam Zampa is here. KL Rahul still around as he starts off the over with a single. But then Zampa decides to strike as he bowls a bit outside off. Fine catch by Josh Hazelwood who dived forward to get rid of Manish Pandey who gets OUT on 2.

04 Dec, 14:36 (IST)

Moises Henriques is here once again and strikes for the team. Slower one Goes straight over to extra cover and Sanju Samson departs. Samson gets OUT on 23 runs.

04 Dec, 14:33 (IST)

Sean Abbott is here to bowl and KL Rahul starts off with a single. Samson slaps it over the covers for a FOUR. Two runs from the next two balls and then comes a WIDE. Two runs from the next ball.
