This game swayed to and fro but in the end, it was Tilak Varma and his men who have come out on top against Pakistan Shaheens. Choosing to bat first, India A posted a formidable score (183/8) and later, bowled and most importantly, fielded well to successfully defend the total. Pakistan Shaheens believed they could pull this off with Abdul Samad (25 runs off 15 balls) and Arafat Minhas (41 runs off 29 balls) playing quickfire knocks but India A prevailed in the end with an impressive all-round effort. For India A, Anshul Kamboj took three wickets as was the best bowler while Rasikh Salam and Nishant Sindhu grabbed two each. One of the highlights of the night was Ramandeep Singh's sensational one-handed catch. India A earlier had scored 183/8, riding on contributions from Tilak Varma (44 runs off 35 balls), Prabhsimran Singh (36 runs off 19 balls) and Abhishek Sharma (35 runs off 22 balls) among others. India A will take a lot of confidence from this win while Pakistan Shaheens will look to bounce back in their next game.

For Pakistan, Sufiyaan Muqeem took two wickets while Mohammad Imran, Arafat Minhas, Qasim Akram and Zaman Khan took one each.
