India continued their dominance over South Africa on the third day of the third Test match. After a clinical performance with the bat, India came good with the ball too and are firmly sitting on the driver’s seat. By the end of the first session of Day 3, the visitors were reeling at 129/6 and are still 358 runs behind India's first innings total. Riding on Rohit Sharma’s maiden double ton and Ajinkya Rahane’s brilliant hundred, India posted 497 runs in the first innings. In reply, the South African openers were dismissed early and tightened India’s grip over the match. After facing defeat in the first two matches, South Africa aimed to turn the tables around in the third clash at Ranchi but it doesn’t seem like happening. Currently, India are looking all set to make it a 3-0 white-wash. While the Faf du Plessis led side will aim to make a come back in the match and register a victory.
