On day two, India were driven by Cheteshwar Pujaraās unbeaten 132 as India posted 273 in response to Englandās 246 in the first innings. Pujara remained unbeaten and helped India take the lead. At one stage, India were 195 for eight and looked like the visitors might concede the lead. England will now resume day threeās play from six for none and will be hoping for a solid opening partnership from Alastair Cook and Keaton Jennings.
