So, that's end of day one of the fourth Test. India are in control at the end of day's play. Shikhar Dhawan and KL Rahul are unbeaten on three and 11.  India bowled out England for 246. Indian pacers were right on the mark from the start as they took wickets at regular intervals. But Moeen Ali (40) and Sam Curran (78) stabilised the hosts innings, forging a crucial 81-run partnership. For India, Jasprit Bumrah took three wickets while Ishant Sharma, Mohammad Shami and Ravichandran Ashwin took two wickets each. Full Scorecard

Ravi Ashwin wraps it up! Sam Curran is the last England wicket to fell as the hosts have put on 246. Curran departs on 78. England will be happy with their effort towards the end. But it is India who will be a lot happier.

Virat Kohli and company made an amazing comeback at Nottingham by defeating England by 203 runs. Team India definitely will look to level the series by 2-2 at The Rose Bowl Stadium. Ahead of the fourth test match, Virat Kohli addressed the press and hinted that about no changing being made in the playing XI of the team. Talking about the Indian side, skipper Virat Kohli leads the run chart by scoring 440 runs in the tournament.

The last time India played at the Rose Bowl stadium in 2014, they lost by 266 runs. It was Moeen Ali who snapped six wickets and James Anderson got a fifer. It would be interesting to see if the team would once go for leg-spinner Adil Rashid or bring in one extra batsman. The weather throughout the five days is expected to be good. The temperatures hover from 11-18 degree centigrade.
