ICC also confirmed that the top six teams at the group stage will be rewarded with INR 2.25 cr prize money. While the India Women’s National Cricket Team finished third in the Group A standings with four points and the England Women’s National Cricket Team collected six points in Group B, both sides are entitled to the INR 2.25 Cr prize money. The teams missing out on the prize would be the Pakistan Women’s National Cricket Team, Sri Lanka Women’s National Cricket Team from Group A; Bangladesh Women’s National Cricket Team and Scotland women’s National Cricket Team from Group B as they finished fourth and fifth respectively in respective groups.
