The International Cricket Council has been at the receiving end once again. The cricketing body has once again taken a jibe at Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar while praising Ben Stokes who singlehandedly led the team to victory during the third Ashes 2019 test match. Stokes scored an unbeaten knock of 135 runs and led the hosts to a one-wicket victory at Headingley Cricket Stadium. Needless to say that Ben Stokes garnered praises from all sections of the cricketing world. Even ICC joined the bandwagon but only to offend Sachin Tendulkar’s fans. The ICC retweeted a picture from CWC 2019 finals which created quite a bit of furrow especially due to its caption which read, “The greatest cricketer of all time - and Sachin Tendulkar 😉 #CWC19Final.” The snap had Sachin Tendulkar giving the medallion after England vs New Zealand CWC 2019 Finals. Ben Stokes and Sachin Tendulkar were snapped while they were having a conversation after the game. The ICC retweeted the photo and wrote, “We told you so.” Even then, the cricketing body faced a lot of flak for the comparison. Ditto was the case even today as the netizens lashed out at the cricketing body. First, check out the tweet by the ICC.

Everything starts and ends with Tendulkar
Just that you are saying so don't think that we are going to believe

Sachin deserves respect
I think Sachin deserves more respect than this.. In the late 90s he shouldered the Entire Indian cricket team on his Own..countless times.. The only difference.. There wasn't any Twitter during that time..

Ben Stokes was made the Man of the Match for his heroic knock as he helped the hosts snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. He was supported by Joe Root who made 77 runs during the match. With this, the Ashes 2019 stands at 1-1. The teams will play the fourth test from September 4, 2019, at the Old Trafford Ground and Manchester.
