This is the second time in two months that Ben Stokes has taken his team out of the jaw of defeat and both the time it was on high occasion. We still have not forgotten his inning against New Zealand in the ICC Cricket World Cup, 2019 where England created a history. Credit should also be given to Jack Leach's magical single which made the scores level and bought Stokes on the strike. Surprisingly in the 76 runs stand between Stokes and Leach, that was the only run scored by the spinner. With this win England now level Ashes 2019 by 1-1.
