Kuldeep then further dented Australia by picking wickets on either side of a tea break. He had Travis Head caught and bowled before the break and then went through Tim Paine’s defence after the break to leave Australia at 198 for six as the hosts start at follow-on.
Though Rahul has had a horrid time with the bat in this Test and series, his act will be remembered for long. Perhaps one of the few positives the right-handed batsman will take from this tour.
